Rodger Finlay was a successful international investment banker with 25 years’ experience and has significant agricultural knowledge part-owning and farming a dry stock operation in South Canterbury. Rodger is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors. |
Andrew Train has a background in agriculture, farming in his own right and has
extensive directorship experience relating to a variety of agricultural
companies, in particular farm management and supervisory businesses. |

He is from a farming background and is a Lincoln University graduate with an Agricultural Commerce degree. |
James Wright, Chief Operating Officer, is from a farming background with experience in the corporate management of farm servicing companies and funds management. James has been associated with Rural Equities under its former structure and the New Zealand Rural Property Trust since 1990. |
